LG Exch Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

Welcome to LG Exch, Pakistan's peer-to-peer betting exchange platform available at lgexch.bet. LG Exch provides sports betting, casino games and related entertainment services to registered users in permitted jurisdictions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the LG Exch website, mobile interface, and any associated applications or tools.

LG Exch is designed specifically for the Pakistani market. All services are presented in English, all transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), and all payment integrations are tailored to commonly used Pakistani financial services. When we refer to "LG Exch" throughout these Terms, we mean the platform and all services operated under the lgexch.bet domain.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Together, these three documents set out your complete agreement with LG Exch.

By creating an account on LG Exch, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. LG Exch reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including at the point of registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or where our systems flag an account for age-verification review.

Acceptable forms of age verification include:

• National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA
• Valid Pakistani passport
• Pakistani driving licence bearing date of birth

Where an age-verification request is made, your account may be restricted — including prevention of further deposits, betting activity, and withdrawal processing — until the verification is satisfactorily completed. Any winnings accrued by a user found to be underage will be forfeited and the account permanently closed. If LG Exch has reasonable cause to suspect that a user is under 18, we will act promptly to suspend and investigate that account.

In addition to the age requirement, you must not be residing in or accessing LG Exch from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited. It is your responsibility to verify that your use of LG Exch is lawful in your location.

To use the full range of LG Exch services you must register for an account. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals. During registration you will be asked to provide certain personal information including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and a password.

You agree to the following conditions in respect of your LG Exch account:

• One account per person: You are permitted to hold only one account on LG Exch. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances reviewed under our fraud policy.
• Accurate information: All information you provide at registration and throughout your use of LG Exch must be accurate and complete. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity carried out through your account. LG Exch will never ask for your password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notification of compromise: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify LG Exch support immediately at support@lgexch.bet.
• Non-transferability: Your LG Exch account is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other person.

LG Exch reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

LG Exch processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include EasyPaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. LG Exch does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on LG Exch:

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless LG Exch expressly approves an alternative at its discretion.
• LG Exch may require identity and payment verification before processing a withdrawal. This may include providing a copy of your CNIC and evidence of your payment account ownership.
• LG Exch reserves the right to delay a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where the withdrawal requires investigation under our responsible gaming policy.
• Funds held in your LG Exch account do not earn interest. LG Exch is not a banking institution and your deposit balance is not covered by any deposit protection scheme.
• Any attempt to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a deposit after it has been used for betting activity will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action to recover the chargeback amount plus associated costs.

LG Exch operates as a peer-to-peer betting exchange. This means that bets are matched between users rather than placed against a house position. The following general betting rules apply across all sports and gaming categories on LG Exch, including cricket betting, football betting, esports betting, Andar Bahar, jackpot slots, and fishing games.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once it has been matched in full or in part by a counterparty on the exchange. Unmatched bets do not constitute a binding commitment and may be cancelled by you or expire if the market closes before matching occurs.
• Minimum bet: The minimum stake for most markets on LG Exch is Rs 200. Certain specials markets carry a higher minimum as indicated on the market display.
• Market settlement: Markets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body for each sport or event. LG Exch uses authorised data sources and official tournament announcements for settlement purposes.
• In-play betting: Odds for in-play markets update in real time. LG Exch cannot guarantee that a bet request will be matched at the displayed price when markets are moving rapidly. It is your responsibility to confirm the accepted odds shown on your bet slip before the bet is placed.
• Postponed events: If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets will generally remain active. Events postponed beyond 48 hours result in all unmatched bets being voided and matched bets being settled according to the stated rules for that market category.
• Void bets: LG Exch reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a palpable error in the odds displayed, a technical fault, or circumstances where settling a market would be clearly contrary to the original intent of the market.
• Winnings: Winnings from settled bets are credited to your LG Exch account balance automatically upon settlement. There is no cap on winnings from legitimately placed and settled bets.

Specific rules for individual sports and game categories are available within each market section on the platform. In the event of any conflict between market-specific rules and these general Terms, the market-specific rules will take precedence for that particular market.

LG Exch offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated within the promotion itself:

• Bonuses are only available to users who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification on LG Exch.
• Each user is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses more than once will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific rollover multiplier and eligible markets are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• LG Exch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that any modification will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use by a user at the time of modification.
• If LG Exch has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting strategies, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts — the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited and the account reviewed.
• Bonus expiry periods are specified in each promotion. Unclaimed or unactivated bonuses that expire will be removed from your account without compensation.

The current active promotions on LG Exch are visible after logging in to your account. LG Exch is not obligated to offer any ongoing bonus programme and the availability of promotions may change at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on LG Exch. Any user found to have engaged in any of the below may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Underage gambling: Registering as or allowing a person under 18 years of age to use your account.
• Match fixing and corruption: Attempting to bet on any event that you have influence over, or using information gained through corrupt practices relating to any sporting or gaming event.
• Collusion: Colluding with other LG Exch users to manipulate market outcomes, including through coordinated lay/back strategies designed to generate guaranteed profits from promotional offers.
• Money laundering: Using LG Exch as a vehicle to launder funds of illegal origin. LG Exch operates anti-money laundering checks in accordance with applicable financial regulations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Fraud: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or any other form of fraudulent conduct.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated systems to interact with LG Exch markets without the prior written consent of LG Exch.
• Abuse of staff: Any abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at LG Exch employees or agents is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• Circumventing restrictions: Attempting to access LG Exch from a restricted jurisdiction using VPN, proxy services, or other technical means to conceal your true location.

All content on the LG Exch platform — including but not limited to the LG Exch name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, odds display systems, and betting market interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of LG Exch or is licensed to LG Exch by third-party rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the LG Exch platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the LG Exch platform or content
• Use the LG Exch brand, name, or logo for any commercial purpose
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content or odds data from LG Exch
• Reverse-engineer any software or technical systems used in the LG Exch platform

Any unauthorised use of LG Exch intellectual property may result in legal action. If you wish to reference LG Exch content for journalistic or editorial purposes, please contact support@lgexch.bet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LG Exch's liability to you is limited as follows:

• LG Exch is not responsible for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
• LG Exch is not liable for any disruption to its services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including power outages, internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or actions of third-party payment providers.
• In the event of a technical error that results in a market being settled incorrectly, LG Exch reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust affected account balances accordingly, regardless of whether withdrawals have already been made. Users who have withdrawn funds from an erroneously settled market may be required to return the overpayment.
• LG Exch does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability from time to time.
• You use LG Exch and its services at your own risk. Gambling involves the risk of financial loss. LG Exch does not accept responsibility for any financial loss incurred through normal betting activity.

Nothing in these Terms limits LG Exch's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

LG Exch collects and processes personal data in connection with your account registration, use of the platform, financial transactions, and customer support interactions. The full details of how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering on LG Exch you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. In summary:

• We collect data necessary to verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with our legal obligations including anti-money laundering checks.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable regulations.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@lgexch.bet, subject to our legal retention obligations.

LG Exch uses cookies and similar technologies on its platform. By continuing to use lgexch.bet, you accept our cookie policy as described in the Privacy Policy.

LG Exch provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from within your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but a request to increase it will not take effect for 7 days.
• Session time alerts: Configure reminders that notify you after a set period of continuous activity on LG Exch.
• Loss limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period. As with deposit limits, reductions are immediate and increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: You may voluntarily exclude yourself from LG Exch for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion you will not be able to log in, deposit, or bet. Marketing communications will also be suppressed.
• Reality checks: Periodic pop-up summaries showing your net profit/loss for the current session.

LG Exch staff are trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out if account activity suggests a user may benefit from responsible gaming support. LG Exch reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, LG Exch will notify registered users by displaying a notice within the platform and, where a valid email address is held, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of LG Exch following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using LG Exch and may request account closure by contacting support@lgexch.bet.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at lgexch.bet/terms-conditions. The date at the top of this document reflects when the Terms were last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which LG Exch operates.

If you have a complaint or dispute with LG Exch, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at support@lgexch.bet. LG Exch is committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly. Our internal complaints process is:

1. Submit your complaint in writing to support@lgexch.bet with your account username and a clear description of the issue.
2. LG Exch will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, the matter may be referred to the applicable independent dispute resolution body, details of which will be provided upon request.

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
